WEEKLY WELLNESS CHECK-IN

We’re offering an opportunity for students to check-in to discuss any struggles they’re having while we have remote access to campus. Tune in to discuss what is working for you, some challenges you’re facing, and engage in some hands-on techniques to help you cope with your stress.

Every Wednesday at 12 pm.

QPR-Suicide Awareness & Prevention

The QPR mission is to reduce suicidal behaviors and save lives by providing innovative, practical and proven suicide prevention training. Just like CPR, QPR is an emergency response to someone in crisis and can save lives. QPR is the most widely taught Gatekeeper training in the world. This is a national certification and those who complete the training are certified as a GateKeeper for 3 years. This training takes 2 hours and is offered for students, staff and faculty with groups of 5 or more at no cost. Please call 435-652-7755 for more information or check your TrailTracker and Utah Tech Announce emails for scheduled events.
